Home Based Combustion Engineer information
What is the difference between Home Based Combustion Engineer vs On-Site Combustion Engineer?
| Aspect | Home Based Combustion Engineer | On-Site Combustion Engineer |
|---|---|---|
| Work Environment | Primarily remote, office-based or from home with occasional site visits | On-site at industrial, power plant, or manufacturing facilities |
| Required Certifications | Typically includes combustion system certifications, engineering licenses, and safety training | Similar certifications, with additional site-specific safety and operational training |
| Industry Usage | Used in consulting, design, and remote troubleshooting roles | Hands-on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at facilities |
While both roles require combustion system knowledge and relevant certifications, the Home Based Combustion Engineer mainly works remotely, focusing on design and consulting, whereas the On-Site Combustion Engineer is physically present at facilities for operational tasks.
