In this exciting new role you’ll be responsible for both Individual and Group Sales and asked to lead a team of motivated Independent Sales Agents. That includes building lasting Customer relationships, making sales presentations to new and current Customers, and supporting new agents in the field.

The Agency Coordinator role is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. The income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a sales leader through personal compensation and incentive bonuses on team production, it is not a guaranteed salary.
