About Wellmade
Wellmade is a design-build company based in San Leandro, California. We design, fabricate, and install premium residential structures – backyard Sheds, ADUs, Saunas, and even homes – using a proprietary prefabricated system, built in our own warehouse, managed start to finish by our team. We’re architect-founded, American-made, and focused on doing one thing - deliver well-build product. We are challenging how construction industry work by providing a fixed price with a straightforward process for our clients. If that sounds like a good challenge for you, come join the team!
Role Description
- Location: On-site

About the Role

You'll work in direct partnership with our lead architect to develop new product lines, define and protect the company's visual language, and bring custom projects to life from concept to completion.
The right person lives at the intersection of design, construction, and product development. You understand how things get built — and you care deeply about how they look, feel, and function. We don't care about your title history. We care about what you've created, how you think, and whether you're ready to help define what's next in this industry.
