We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to become part of our team as we experience consistent growth throughout Northeast Florida.

General Overview and Tasks:

  • Lead and contribute to the design and planning phases of residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiently use AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications.
  • Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.

Leadership Responsibilities:
