Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients through a secure online platform, fostering a safe space for open dialogue.
• Develop, implement, and update tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, referring clients for additional support services when needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and evolving therapeutic techniques in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is a must, with acceptable credentials including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual therapy using evidence-based methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions, coupled with a strong understanding of telehealth best practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
