Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy regimens to help them meet their functional objectives

• Collaborate with a Diverse Care Team: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver integrated, holistic patient care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education and support to patients and caregivers regarding therapy approaches to ensure continued progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies as necessary, keeping patients focused on their progress

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited institution
• Ongoing professional development and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
