Job description

Holiday Fuel Delivery Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of petroleum products to designated locations while adhering to all state, federal, and company regulations. This role requires operating a commercial vehicle with precision and care, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Fuel delivery drivers collaborate with transportation supervisors to ensure safety and compliance, manage routine vehicle maintenance, and provide exceptional service during deliveries. A strong understanding of DOT regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

What You'll Do
  • Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload petroleum products.
  • Adhere to all state, federal, and company regulations related to safe driving and transportation.
  • Ensure that deliveries are made on time and all the paperwork involved is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with terminal manager to uphold and promote a safe working environment.
  • Ensure proper truck maintenance, complying with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer, promptly reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Follow all standard operating and safety procedures and practices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be 23 years of age or older
  • At least one year of CDL Class A driving experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class A CDL with hazmat, tank, doubles, and triples endorsements
  • Clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills or proficiency with computer systems
  • Familiarity with DOT and Federal Highway Regulations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
