Job Summary:
General Manager, Holiday Inn Express
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000
- Biweekly pay schedule
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and maintain property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices and streamline processes
- Identify potential areas for growth and make recommendations to upper management
- Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on operations, challenges, and successes
