Job description

The South Carolina Stingrays are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our Game Day Production Crew for the upcoming season.
As part of the production team, you'll help bring Stingrays hockey to life and create an exciting experience for fans throughout each home game. From helping with in-game entertainment to supporting the behind-the-scenes production that keeps everything running smoothly, you'll be an important part of the team on game day.
We're looking for people who are dependable, energetic, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment. If you enjoy hockey, entertainment, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a paid game-day position, with compensation per game based on the position.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of all gameday production equipment
  • Operate various production elements during live games, such as replay, graphics, audio, and camera feeds.
  • Support the execution of in-game entertainment, promotions, and special presentations
  • Perform pre-game checks and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to a high-quality broadcast and in-arena presentation that enhances the fan experience.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support gameday operations

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in live event production, audio/visual setup, broadcast operations, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and operate various production equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills
  • Must be available to work most Stingrays home games
  • Ability to climb a ladder, stand for extended periods, and work in varying light and sound conditions
  • A passion for sports and live entertainment, particularly hockey, is a plus
