The HOA is responsible for enforcing community rules (known as covenants, conditions, and restrictions), maintaining common areas, and managing shared amenities. Members, typically homeowners within the community, are required to pay fees to support these services. The main goal of an HOA is to preserve property values and enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood by ensuring the community is well-maintained and orderly.
