Job description

Position: Community Portfolio Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid potential after initial period)
Salary: $80,000 Annual
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Vendor fee - 4%

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Property Management
• Manage a portfolio of condominium associations, overseeing daily operations
and overall property performance
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital
improvement projects
Client & Board Interaction
• Serve as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
• Attend board meetings and provide strategic guidance
Financial Management
• Prepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reports
• Perform variance analysis and ensure financial accuracy
Vendor & Compliance Management
• Oversee vendors and contractors including bidding, contracting, and
performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA)
• Manage risk, insurance, and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and scale a portfolio
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Required Experience and Education
• 3+ years of condominium/HOA management experience
• Strong working knowledge of Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA)
• Experience working with Boards of Directors
