Position: Community Portfolio Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid potential after initial period)
Salary: $80,000 Annual
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Property Management
โ€ข Manage a portfolio of condominium associations, overseeing daily operations
and overall property performance
โ€ข Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital
improvement projects
Client & Board Interaction
โ€ข Serve as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
โ€ข Attend board meetings and provide strategic guidance
Financial Management
โ€ข Prepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reports
โ€ข Perform variance analysis and ensure financial accuracy
Vendor & Compliance Management
โ€ข Oversee vendors and contractors including bidding, contracting, and
performance monitoring
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA)
โ€ข Manage risk, insurance, and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
