What The Position is About:

  • Handle design and coordination of plant improvements and expansion projects
  • Design and develop HMI programs of automation systems using software applications, such as Visual Basic, C++, HMI programming, and SQL database
  • Prepare project proposal and coordinate with project team members in specifying project objectives, scope, deliverables, and budget
  • Contribute to the evaluation and purchasing process for automation software, hardware, and equipment and create and evaluate specifications, quotes, and purchasing documents
  • Provide technical support to plants for all control systems and develop new systems for in-house machinery
  • Study and prepare CAD electrical drawings and schematics to develop computerized process control solutions

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer
  • Project leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
