iTalent Digital is seeking a Data Analyst to join our BI, Data & Analytics practice. 90% of your work will be client focused. 10% of your work will be internal. This role offers an exciting opportunity within one of our esteemed technology and social media clients, focusing on supporting dynamic engagements in the realm of Facilities and Culinary operations.

The role primarily involves creating and maintaining analytics products, reporting, and analytical tasks within the context of Facilities and Culinary operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis, particularly in SQL, Hive, and Tableau, navigating complex data environments and driving BI-centric priorities within these domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain analytics products to support Facilities and Culinary operations. Support enhancements of existing products and drive efforts to improve efficiencies.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of spatial, financial, and behavioral data in areas such as Facilities and On-campus services.
  • Write queries to analyze data and combine disparate sources.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations for a wide range of operational and executive audiences. Translate requirements into dashboard designs that are informative, polished, and concise.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the data to answer stakeholder questions with the right sources. Work with urgency on time-sensitive matters without compromising accuracy.
  • Respond to data quality issues by identifying root causes and proposing solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Clearly articulate issues, enhancements, and related impacts to both technical teams (data engineering) and non-technical business partners.
  • Support various cross-functional teams within the Facilities & Culinary division, including:
  • Culinary Team: Manage day-to-day operations, purchasing, planning spend, and overseeing the number of people fed.
  • Design Team: Assist in the design and programming of meeting rooms and amenities spaces.
  • Space Planning Team: Manage occupancy, desk assignments, moving teams, and working on business strategy.
  • Technical Space Team: Support labs, lab standards, and lab usage.
  • Transportation Team: Aid in shuttle services, other transportation needs, capacity planning, and commute analysis.
The internal responsibilities will be as follows:
 
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your iTD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material. (Blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal iTD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
