Job Summary
The AI Teaching & Learning Collaborative Program Manager oversees the daily operations, coordination, and implementation of AI-focused educational initiatives designed to support innovation, educator preparation, workforce development, and AI readiness across the Pยฟ20 educational pipeline. The position is responsible for managing project timelines, communications, budgets, data collection, grant compliance, reporting, and evaluation activities to ensure alignment with institutional and funding objectives. The incumbent may be required to perform job-related duties other than those specifically delineated in this description.
NOTE: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas. This position is grant-funded and continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funding.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage AI-focused professional development programs for educators and stakeholders across the Pยฟ20 system.
  • Support the planning and implementation of summer initiatives, workshops, and educational outreach activities.
  • Coordinate internships, undergraduate fellowships, and student research experiences related to AI in education and workforce development.
  • Assist with AI-focused instructional support initiatives in partnership with Savannah State University and Savannah-Chatham County Public School System .
  • Develop and implement tiered micro-credential programs focused on AI in education and AI ethics.
  • Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and participant data.
  • Track program outcomes, performance measures, and project deliverables to support continuous improvement and grant compliance.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders and funding agencies.
  • Assist with data collection, evaluation activities, and assessment of program effectiveness and impact.
  • Support communication, coordination, and collaboration among institutional, school district, and community partners.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Educational Technology, Public Administration, Business Administration, Workforce Education, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, grant management, project management, or educational administration.
  • Experience coordinating educational programs, professional development initiatives, or workforce development activities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, data management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Technology, Workforce Education, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing federally funded grants or large-scale educational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI integration, AI ethics, and emerging technologies in education.
  • Experience developing or coordinating micro-credential, certification, or professional learning programs.
  • Experience working with P-12 school systems, higher education institutions, or workforce development partnerships.
  • Familiarity with program evaluation, assessment, and performance tracking processes.
  • Experience coordinating internships, fellowships, student research, or summer enrichment programs.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, reporting tools, or learning management systems.
  • Experience supporting educator preparation, instructional innovation, or professional development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships and manage cross-functional teams.

Proposed Salary
The proposed salary is $60,000.00 annually.
