Job description

A Regional Nursing Director (RND) contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating the AHF Mission and Core Values of the organization, as well as AHF’s Management Philosophy in the nursing leadership of the Healthcare Centers (HCCs).

A Regional Nursing Director (RND) enhances the reputation of AHF by providing direction, training, and clinical support to all HCC clinical staff regarding performance and provision of patient care services to achieve clinical excellence in accordance with internal and external requirements and standards. The RND supports a nursing environment in which interdepartmental collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care and education is promoted and achieved.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Regional Nursing Director (RND) it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Regional Nursing Director (RND) will work as a part of a close-knit team to effectively manage budgets, emergency response and crisis management, technology integration and ensure there is ethical decision making. Also, in adding consistent value to the Healthcare Center Team, especially in high-stress environments that demand immediate attention, by being flexible and professional at all times. Will travel to all Healthcare Centers in bureau as needed and directed. Travel within the assigned Bureau is required to maintain regular in-person oversight of Healthcare Centers, with frequency determined by operational needs and Department of Nursing & bureau priorities.

Licenses and Certifications: Multistate RN & BLS.

Salary Range: $135,000-$145,000
