We are seeking a seasoned "Hunter" to join their team in Vienna, VA. This role is designed for a top-tier producer who wants the freedom to sell across any geography and the financial rewards that come with a superior payout structure.

Compensation & Rewards
  • Base Salary: Competitive and Commensurate with Experience (DOE).

  • Flexibility: Standard hybrid schedule (3-4 days in-office). However, for proven "heavy hitters" with a consistent track record of high billings, we offer fully remote arrangements.

  • Commission Structure: 40% โ€“ 50% payouts.

    • Example: A $600k GP producer earns $275K

The Role
  • Business Development: Act as the primary engine for new client acquisition, focusing on government contractors and mid-to-upper level A&F roles.
