Event Sales Representative - Premium Cutlery $1,000 Sign-On*

Since 1731, ZWILLING has set the standard for premium culinary products. We’re seeking driven, outgoing Event Sales Representatives to lead live product demonstrations and sales events.

Earning Potential

  • Base hourly pay plus overtime and uncapped performance-based bonuses.
  • Bonuses tied directly to total event sales - the more you sell, the more you earn.
  • Earn $2,500–$3,000+ per 10-day event on average.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-energy, engaging product demonstrations that capture attention and drive sales.
  • Create a dynamic event environment that draws in customers and keeps them engaged.
  • Answer questions, overcome objections and confidently close the sale.
  • Represent premium brands as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage inventory and communicate product needs to ensure event success.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking to groups.
  • Motivated by performance-based earnings and sales results.
  • Experience in sales, retail, product demos, events, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Passion for food, cooking or premium products a plus.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling event setup, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Available for evenings, weekends, and travel.

Event Schedule

  • 10-day sales events (including weekends).
  • Option to work: 1 or 2 events per month.
  • Built-in time off between events.

Travel & Perks

  • Travel covered for non-local events (hotel, airfare, rental car, meals), plus mileage reimbursement and paid travel time where applicable. Mileage reimbursement provided for local events within 50 miles of your residence.
