Job description

Position Overview: 

The Marketing Administrative Coordinator supports marketing management and product category owners by coordinating essential details related to product launches and ensuring accurate, timely entry of that information into company systems. This role also manages new product ordering and provides broader administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinate product launch details with product category owners, ensuring all required information is collected, accurate, and complete
  • Enter and maintain product launch data in internal systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process and track new product orders, ensuring correct quantities, specifications, and timelines
  • Serve as a point of coordination between marketing and other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Product Development, Sales, Operations) to keep launch timelines on track
  • Maintain accurate records of product launch schedules, order statuses, and related documentation
  • Monitor system data for accuracy and flag/correct discrepancies as needed
  • Create and/or edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with general marketing administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, research, and scheduling meetings
  • Support marketing team members with ad hoc projects and requests as priorities dictate
  • Communicate updates, delays, or issues affecting product launches to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner



Requirements:


  • High school diploma required; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or data entry role (marketing or product-related experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently



Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments and personality types
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to learn new software/systems quickly
