National Geographic is seeking an intellectually curious and business-savvy Specialist, responsible for organization of National Geographic''s paid media details in support of the National Geographic, Kids, Little Kids, and History magazine subscription business. This individual will aggregate imagery, copy, and URL''s for paid social ads from various stakeholders and organize in a way that ads in Meta can be created and tested. This individual should also have familiarity with Meta Ads, as he/she will also create and test ads directly in the platform. This individual will also maintain stakeholder-friendly documentation that reflects a historical log of changes to the campaigns in Meta. This role reports to the Director, CRM & Consumer Lifecycle. This individual will be working M-Th in the office.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.); experience with Airtable, Jira, or similar project management platforms
  • 2+ years experience with planning and executing ads or posts in Meta platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience and advanced knowledge of the campaign, ad set, and ad infrastructure in Meta.

  • Bachelor''s Degree

  • Bachelor''s Degree or higher in marketing, business, social media or similar
