Job Description  

The Revenue Manager III oversees and analyzes pricing, billing, and revenue related processes to maximize financial performance. They monitor revenue trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with cross functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient revenue operations. This role plays a key part in driving profitability and supporting strategic business decisions. 

What You'll Do  

  • Serve as the primary revenue management partner and strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of client accounts 
  • Build strong client relationships by providing revenue management expertise, guidance, and ongoing performance consultation 
  • Lead recurring revenue strategy meetings with clients to review performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities 
  • Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies designed to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability 
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, historical performance, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth 
  • Monitor and evaluate key revenue performance metrics, including market share, segmentation, channel performance, occupancy, ADR, and revenue growth 
  • Communicate revenue strategies and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Manage pricing and inventory across all distribution channels, including direct booking channels, partner platforms, and online travel agencies (OTAs) 
  • Conduct pricing analysis and price elasticity testing to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions and optimize future strategies 
  • Identify peak demand periods, shoulder seasons, and emerging market trends to develop proactive revenue plans 
  • Review weekly and monthly performance reports with clients and recommend adjustments to improve results 
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and aligned with business goals 
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to identify opportunities that support revenue growth, occupancy targets, and market share gains 
  • Utilize revenue management systems, property management systems, business intelligence tools, and reporting platforms to drive decision making 
  • Develop analytical reports, forecasts, and recommendations for clients and leadership 
  • Participate in revenue management training, client education initiatives, industry events, and conferences as needed 
  • Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and strategic initiatives that enhance revenue management capabilities

Experience and Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 4+ years of revenue management experience in the vacation rental, hospitality, lodging, or property management industry 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies 
  • Experience developing pricing, inventory, and revenue optimization strategies 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
  • Experience working with property management systems, revenue management tools, and reporting platforms 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing abilities 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously 
  • Ability to present recommendations and influence decision making through data driven insights 
  • Experience with vacation rental revenue management platforms, channel management tools, and market intelligence systems is preferred 
  • Familiarity with hospitality KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and market share performance 
  • Experience conducting forecasting, demand analysis, and pricing strategy development 
  • Knowledge of distribution channels, OTAs, and digital booking ecosystems 
  • Experience presenting to clients, executive stakeholders, or business owners

  • We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
