Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment reminders to optimize clinic flow.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures, providing necessary tools and support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices.
  • Handle billing and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Requirements:
