We are a nurse‑owned and nurse‑led home healthcare agency dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate, patient‑centered care throughout New Mexico. As we continue to expand, we are looking for reliable and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides supportive, hands-on assistance to clients in their homes. CNAs help patients maintain their independence, comfort, and safety under the supervision of licensed nurses and in accordance with each client’s individualized care plan.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Assist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion activities

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping

Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse

Provide companionship and promote client independence and dignity

Follow infection control procedures and company policies

Accurately document care provided and maintain timely communication

Travel to assigned clients within designated service areas

Qualifications

Active New Mexico CNA certification (required)

Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Experience in home health preferred, but not required — training available
