CT Technologist- Evening Shift

Location: Normal, IL
Work Location: 1304 Franklin Ave, Normal, IL
Pay Rate: $85.00 per hour
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 2:30 PMโ€“11:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening
Call Requirement: Rotation / backup call required

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to provide diagnostic Computed Tomography services to inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department patients. The CT Technologist will work under the direction of the supervising radiologist and will perform imaging services in accordance with established operating procedures, clinical protocols, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures for inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency Department patients.
  • Operate CT imaging equipment safely and effectively.
  • Prepare and position patients for CT exams.
  • Follow established imaging protocols and clinical procedures.
Required Education

Candidates must have one of the following:

  • Certificate of Completion from a Radiologic Technology Program
    OR
  • College diploma in a related field
Required Licensure and Certifications
  • Current Licensed Radiologic Technologist โ€“ Radiography through the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Current ARRT Radiography (R) registration

Candidate must also have one of the following:

  • Registered in Computed Tomography (CT) through ARRT
    OR
  • Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT)
