Part-time roles can offer flexible schedules and may be ideal for students, parents, or individuals seeking supplementary income. Benefits and responsibilities may differ from full-time positions, so it’s important to review specific job postings for details.

What are some common challenges faced by part-time employees, and how can they be addressed in the workplace?

Part-time employees often face challenges such as limited communication with full-time staff, less access to career development opportunities, and potential scheduling conflicts.
