Job description

About Clipboard
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company and have been profitable since 2022. We're the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
Excited about what we're building? We'd be grateful if you'd spread the word. If you know a friend, former colleague, or someone exceptional you'd love to work with again, refer them here.
About the Full-Time Hiring Vertical
The Full-Time Hiring vertical is Clipboard's expansion beyond per-diem staffing and a key step toward supporting professionals across every stage of their careers.
While our marketplace has transformed how healthcare facilities fill shifts, full-time hiring remains slow, fragmented, and unreliable. We're building a faster, higher-quality alternative to traditional hiring, starting in healthcare.
This is an early-stage product with strong traction and significant room to grow. You'll join a small team focused on bringing a new hiring model to market in a territory with plenty of greenfield opportunity.
About the Role
We're hiring a Full-Time Healthcare Account Executive to help expand Clipboard's full-time hiring product with healthcare facilities.
This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on new logo acquisition, territory development, and customer adoption. You'll spend most of your time meeting healthcare leaders in person, building relationships, and helping facilities adopt a faster, more reliable hiring solution.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
  • Drive new logo acquisition and territory expansion
  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
  • Educate customers on a new hiring model and guide adoption
  • Develop a deep understanding of local healthcare hiring needs
  • Maintain clear pipeline management and CRM tracking
  • Share concise updates on pipeline progress and market insights
  • Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting customers
Traits We Care About
  • Grit - you push through challenges and stay focused on outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder - you build trust quickly and create strong professional relationships.
  • Problem Solver -you ask thoughtful questions and work to understand the root problem before proposing solutions.
  • Clarity - you communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Resourcefulness - you find creative ways to open doors and move opportunities forward.
  • Ownership - you treat your territory and pipeline like a business you personally run.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Health insurance benefits and 401k options
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
  • Mileage reimbursement or travel stipend
  • Remote flexibility when not in the field
  • Growth path into Territory Manager roles
