Now Hiring: Home-Based Family Caseworker I & Therapist (Indiana - Multiple Counties)

New Hire Bonuses: $1,500 - $3,000 | Company Car + Flexible Schedule | $40K-$71K+

Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) is growing and hiring passionate professionals to help families and children thrive. We are leaders in Family Preservation and Reunification services across 51 counties in Southern Indiana, including Decatur, Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Jefferson, and Switzerland.

Position 1: Home-Based Family Caseworker I

  • Annual Pay Range: $40,000 - $62,000 (Avg. $44,900 with bonuses/overtime)
  • Bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus
  • Company Car: Provided + Option for Personal Use (value up to $8K/year)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home- and community-based services to children and families
  • Support youth and families through behavioral change and goal setting
  • May include working with youth on probation

Position 2: Home-Based Family Therapist

  • Annual Pay Range: $47,028 - $71,000+
  • Bonus: $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Company Car: Provided + Option for Personal Use (value up to $8K/year)

Starting Pay Based on Licensure:

  • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT: Minimum $58,000
  • LSW, LMHC-a, LMFT-a: Minimum $52,500
  • Unlicensed w/ Master's (Human Services): Minimum $47,028

Salaried Therapists at IHBS are eligible for monthly bonuses based on exceeding face-to-face service hour goals - with no cap on the amount you can earn!
We also offer a bonus for earning licensure, up to $500 annually for Continuing Education reimbursement, and free supervision for licensure to help you advance your career.


Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate in a Human Services field
  • Licensure (or temporary permit) from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
  • OR 24+ semester hours in Human Services if unlicensed

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy in clients' homes and communities
  • Work with families, including youth involved with the juvenile justice system
  • Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions
