Qualified Dietary Aides should be motivated team-players who are passionate about working with seniors in an environment of Respect and Joy! Our Mission is to be a premier health and rehabilitation center by exceeding the expectations of our Residents, Families of Residents, and Employees.

Overview:

The Dietary Aide is responsible for a variety of tasks relating, but not limited, to safe food and beverage handling, proper sanitation and proper cooking techniques that create an individualized, healthy, and enjoyable dining experiences for our community.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs proper setting of trays and tables; serves resident meals in the dining room and delivers trays to resident's rooms
  • Performs dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assures that utensils, plates, cups, etc. are readily available for next meal
  • Follows safety regulations and precautions at all times
  • Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
