Kitchen + Kocktails is looking for a Front of House Manager in our upscale Southern Comfort restaurant.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Bar operations
  • Hiring and managing staff

Job Duties
  • Deliver revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing exceptional restaurant service.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by demonstrating a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude.
  • Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management.
  • Inspect the establishment and observe operations to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Ensure paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
