Are you ready to build your career by joining a global hospitality company. If so, our client is hiring a Specialist Sales Operations – Sales Programs and Effectiveness.
Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Hybrid: Office T-TH and Remote Home Office Mondays and Friday’s.

Required

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc, Cvent Transient, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Zoom or other virtual training technology, basic SalesForce Lighting
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in sales programs, loyalty marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using data and reporting to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira highly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create clear, persuasive marketing and program materials with Hotels, Senior Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders

  • Familiarity with sales processes, loyalty marketing, and/or hospitality sales preferred
