About the Role


As an Account Coordinator, you will assist with managing client product and business portfolios. This position encompasses the administration of client activity relating to composing client and supplier correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, project tracking, research and managing budgets. This role offers the opportunity to work a hybrid working model.


Responsibilities


  • The Account Coordinator is the primary person responsible for following and managing an order from inception to payment.
  • The role works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to best meet client needs.
  • Communication, detail orientation, accountability, positivity, and time management are key to success.
  • Ensure client portfolios and sales teams align to and emulate the company’s policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations.
  • Leading with quality and heart in every interaction.
  • Communicate with sales agents, project managers, branch and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel and suppliers.
  • Assist with initiating quotes in support of client product requests.
  • Receive, process and place client orders including scheduling shipment of goods via land, air and or sea.
  • Own and process Quality Management Standard documents - including ISO forms, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and quality control action plans.
  • Within the ERP system, capture of all supporting documentation for orders and portfolios included but not limited to freight invoices, inventory management documents and coordinate product receipt and release from location warehouse.
  • Partner with Corporate Depts to ensure orders are processed for billing in a timely manner.


Required Skills


  • 2+ years of experience
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools – such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferred.
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of an organization highly preferred.


Preferred Skills


  • Associate's and/or Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
  • Experience in a corporate sales and service environment


Compensation


$65,000 - $80,000 annual base salary (depending on experience)
