Responsible for the collection, processing, and maintenance of electronic and paper medical records in accordance with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Conducts detailed analysis of patient records, monitors record completion, and provides support for Health Information Management (HIM) operations across the healthcare system. While primarily assigned to one location, responsibilities may include duties from all Broward Health facilities.
