Human Resources Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing global medical device manufacturer just North of Minneapolis, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leadership and drive HR strategy during an exciting period of growth and integration. This is a high-impact role supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment with opportunities to influence talent, culture, and business performance.
This position will pay between $95K-$130K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching
  • Drive succession planning, organizational development, and compensation initiatives
  • Support business integration and change management efforts
  • Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Analyze workforce metrics to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing and/or R&D
  • Strong background in employee relations, talent management, compensation, and workforce planning
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
