The General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all hotel departments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-focused service. Key leadership responsibilities include:
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing hotel teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and exceptional guest service.
  • Extensive experience operating within Hilton brand standards, systems, and operating procedures, ensuring full compliance with quality assurance requirements and brand expectations.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Hilton Lobby platform and key Hilton management tools, including Hilton University, R&I, OTAs, lighthouse, Hilton honors program.
  • Skilled in analyzing market performance, occupancy trends, ADR, RevPAR, competitive set data, and revenue opportunities to drive hotel profitability and market share growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with ownership groups, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders by providing detailed operational, financial, and performance reporting.
  • Proven track record of leveraging Hilton systems and analytics to optimize revenue management strategies, improve operational efficiencies, enhance guest satisfaction scores, and achieve financial objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver superior financial and guest satisfaction results.
