What You'll Do
Diagnostic Testing & Analysis
  • Conduct a full spectrum of lab tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using state-of-the-art techniques.
Instrument Operation & Maintenance
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced laboratory equipment to ensure reliable and timely test results.
Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration
  • Analyze lab data and partner with medical staff to support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control
  • Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulations through consistent quality assurance and documentation practices.
Mentorship & Lab Culture
  • Support and guide lab technicians while contributing to a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Certification:
  • ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
  • Recent grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong understanding of laboratory operations, instrumentation, and safety standards
  • Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Prior mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
