Own and drive the North America commercial strategy for a global automotive business while leading relationships with assigned OEMs, Ford & GM. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on accelerating growth, winning new business, and building long‑term OEM partnerships in a highly competitive market.

What You’ll Do… Drive Market Growth
  • Define and execute a bold NA sales strategy aligned to global goals
  • Build a strong pipeline and unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Leverage market and competitor insights to stay ahead
Win & Grow Key Accounts
  • Lead relationships with major OEMs at the executive level
  • Close complex, high‑value deals and secure long‑term partnerships
  • Drive program wins and business expansion
Lead & Build
  • Partner cross‑functionally (R&D, Product, Operations, Finance) to deliver winning solutions
  • Build and scale a high‑performing U.S. sales team
  • Align regional execution with global priorities
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Represent U.S. sales in senior leadership and strategic forums
  • Shape business planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
Global Responsibility: assigned OEM Accounts
  • Own the global strategy and relationship with Ford & GM

What you will bring…
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in the automotive supplier space, ideally within a Tier 1 environment
  • Proven success winning and growing major OEM accounts across the U.S. or North America
  • Strong experience implementing and leading global commercial frameworks and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high‑performing teams
  • Established relationships with U.S OEMs and deep understanding of how to successfully navigate the account
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to engage, influence, and present to senior leadership
  • Strategic thinking with operational execution capabilities
  • High‑level analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
