What is a Highjump?

A Highjump job typically involves working with HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to optimize supply chain and logistics operations. Responsibilities may include configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and supporting warehouse management processes. These roles are commonly found in logistics, distribution centers, and supply chain management companies. Candidates for these jobs often have experience in inventory management, database systems, and warehouse operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Highjump position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a HighJump (now Körber) Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist role, you need a strong background in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and information technology, often supported by a degree in logistics or IT. Experience with HighJump WMS software, SQL databases, and relevant certifications like HighJump/Körber configuration or Super User training is highly valuable. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills help you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. These skills ensure efficient warehouse operations, successful software implementations, and strong user support in dynamic distribution environments.
