Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager who excels at delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining clear, ongoing communication with clients. This role requires strong project management, scheduling, and budget oversight skills, along with an established and reliable network of subcontractors to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has restoration industry experience, collaborates effectively with insurance adjusters and internal teams, and confidently manages estimates, materials sourcing, and project changes. Familiarity with Xactimate is a plus, and attendance at weekly WIP meetings with full job knowledge is expected.


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Keep a fluid level of communication with clients while striving to achieve an exceptional experience with customers
  • Experience in the Restoration field is preferred to maximize success
  • Having an established list of subcontractors is an ABSOLUTE MUST for the success of the role
  • Project Management and Scheduling experience is required
  • Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail
  • Xactimate preferred but not required
  • Attend weekly WIP meetings (prepared and well-versed in job details)
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project cost estimation and smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to review and assess property damage claims
  • Research and source cost-effective materials and services while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Negotiate any necessary changes or modifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Restoration experience is a MUST!
  • Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences within every job
  • Experience working with insurance companies is highly preferred 
  • Great communication skills within and outside the organization
  • Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker

  • Competitive Salary / With Commission and Bonus Structure: $75k- 100K depending on experience and sales opportunities.
