Restoring Hope Counseling LLC is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing compassionate care in a remote setting. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining close collaboration with team members and clients. Our virtual work environment leverages technology to facilitate effective communication and service delivery, ensuring that all staff members are supported and engaged in their roles. As a social worker in our hospice center, you will work through digital platforms to create care plans, assess client needs, and connect with community resources.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illness and emotional disorders, working both remotely and in the client’s community when appropriate.
• Conduct assessments and develop integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary services and support systems.
• Engage in brief, evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Monitor ongoing client progress, ensuring treatment plans are adapted as needed based on individual client goals.
• Participate actively in team collaborations to enhance service delivery and implement best practices.
• Engage in crisis intervention as required, providing immediate assistance and connecting clients to urgent care resources.
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates efficiently to meet organizational standards and comply with ethical guidelines.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and act as a resource for fellow team members.

Our clients include individuals facing significant mental health challenges, often exacerbated by social determinants such as poverty, lack of access to care, and systemic inequalities. As an LCSW with Restoring Hope Counseling, you will play a crucial role in advocating for these underserved populations by delivering culturally competent and personalized care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, which grants eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health issues or emotional disturbances.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, treatment planning, and crisis management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• A strong understanding of confidentiality practices and ethical guidelines relevant to social work.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in diverse team settings, respecting various traditions and belief systems.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience specifically in hospice care settings, or with populations facing terminal illnesses or palliative care challenges. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be considered advantageous.

Restoring Hope Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
