Project Manager

 

Mecca Productions was founded in 2004 as a full-service scenic design and fabrication company. Since then, we have created and installed theming projects that cross multiple industries including broadcast and live events as well as immersive experiences, museums, theme parks and attractions.  Come and be a part of the exciting behind the scenes magic with our amazing creative team.

Summary:

·The Project Manager is responsible for driving and managing the development and technical production of show and guest experience elements for each project, in concert with the design and production teams from the project inception and continuing through final deliverables and close-out.  


Job Responsibilities:

· Define and execute project delivery strategy, aligning internal and external resources with contractual deliverables and client expectations.

· Working with the Design and Fabrication teams, ensure the highest level of quality is achieved throughout the production process. 

· Maintain overall project schedule with updates as directed identifying risk and opportunities for efficiency

· Responsible for developing and updating overall project budget and ensuring the project remains on budget

· Create and maintain the Cash Flow document throughout the life of the project.

· Develop contracts, POs and agreements with vendors

· Maintain shared files, databases and documentation (photos, manuals, schedules, print files, etc.) 

· Develop and manage exhibit element content lists / matrices via shared project database

· Coordinate RFP responses to all bidding inquiries between client & internal stakeholders

· Responsible for uploading all documentation for approvals to clients and the schedule for approval delivery

· Manage/track payments to vendors

· Oversee and manage the sourcing and procurement of project materials, etc. 

· Engage, negotiate and manage suppliers and subcontractors from contracting through delivery

· Participate in development and implementation of new SOP’s for Project Management department
