Job description

Smith Sinnett Architecture is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Raleigh studio. For 50 years, we have partnered with communities across North Carolina to design K-12, higher education, civic, state, municipal, public safety, and community-centered facilities. Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects from initial planning through construction and closeout
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout each project
  • Develop project work plans and lead teams in meeting established scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
  • Coordinate the administrative and technical efforts of internal team members and consultants
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, communications, and documentation
  • Develop project scopes, fee estimates, proposals, and contracts in coordination with firm leadership
  • Collaborate with firm leaders to deliver high-quality design and exceptional client service
  • Coordinate and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance process by coordinating reviews, and advancing the process towards the highest project delivery quality
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture, licensure preferred
  • 8 โ€“ 10+ years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, budgets, and schedules
  • Experience with sustainable building rating systems
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Project Management Software
