Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and daily work schedules
  • Enforce site safety, quality control, and compliance with plans/specifications
  • Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and communication with project managers
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control meetings
  • Resolve field issues and ensure smooth coordination between trades


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Pennsylvania


Preferred:

  • Experience with design-build and self-perform work
  • Familiarity with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
  • OSHA 30 certification
