Adams Homes is seeking a driven New Home Sales Associate to join our Leesburg, Florida sales team. Work from one of our award-winning model homes and lead prospects through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm, learn all the tricks of the trade through our proven training program, and most importantly, close deals with our incredible buyer benefits!
If you're tired of a capped income and want to be a part of one of the largest privately-owned homebuilders in the Southeast, we'd love to hear from you! Our commissions average $7,000 per house! Our ideal candidate is someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, persuasive, tech-savvy, and eager to sell a lot of homes! A Florida Real Estate License is required.

Requirements:
  1. Persuasive & pleasantly persistent communication skills, contract negotiation, and a commitment to exceed customer expectations
  2. Implement and execute a daily/weekly/monthly plan for presenting and follow-up
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, with reliable transportation
  4. A Florida Real Estate License
