Your expertise in drug utilization review, medication safety protocols, and current knowledge of pharmaceutical information technology systems will be paramount. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and a proactive approach to maintaining best practices in pharmacy care, including potential involvement in immunizations and MTM programs.
