We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our dedicated team in Plymouth, Indiana.

Role Overview
  • Office Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Flexible Scheduling: Options available to accommodate your needs
  • Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours per week, with an additional 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks
  • Current Call Schedule: 1:6, featuring light and manageable on-call duties
