The Opportunity Electrical Commercial Construction Foreman

We are seeking an engaging, detail-oriented leader to join our team as an Electrical Commercial Construction Foreman.

In this role, you will take ownership of commercial electrical projects, serving both our Project Managers and our General Contractor partners. You will lead a team of electricians, plan the workflow, and ensure the project is executed with excellence. This position requires strong communication, consistent leadership, and the ability to model a positive attitude and strong work ethic for the team on site.


Ideal Electrical Commercial Construction Foreman
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple small projects, or one large project (1,200+ hours)

  • Task-focused, responsive, and proactive in finding pathways to success on the jobsite

  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues accurately and efficiently

  • Effective communicator with team members and general contractors

  • Strong knowledge of NEC Electrical Code

  • Healthcare construction experience is required

  • Able to lift 75 lbs and safely climb ladders or scaffolding

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

  • Minimum of two years of experience running comparable-sized work

  • Strong attention to detail regarding materials and labor tracking

  • Commitment to maintaining safety as the top priority


Exceptional Electrical Commercial Construction Foreman
  • 5+ years of leadership experience running work of similar or larger scale

  • Ability to plan, implement, and deliver project goals within the timeline

  • Brings innovative solutions and ideas to improve performance or outcomes
