Aim Higher ABA is a growing, compassionate ABA therapy provider seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This RBT role is perfect for individuals who want meaningful work, strong clinical support, and growth within a supportive company.

RBT Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings

  • Implement individualized skill acquisition programs

  • Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients

  • Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned

RBT Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician RBT License required
