Duties

  • Perform thorough window cleaning on commercial buildings using industry-standard tools and techniques
  • Operate scissor lifts and other access equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including proper harnessing and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks as needed to support overall building cleanliness
  • Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or lifts, ensuring stability and safety before starting work
