Key Responsibilities & Duties:

The Window Installer Helper assists the lead installer in the installation of Storm Smart hurricane protection products, including storm shutters, impact windows, and other related systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Assist in Installation: Help with the installation of hurricane protection products, including carrying materials, holding and positioning products, and assisting in the setup and tear-down of work areas.
• Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials to the installation site. Ensure all tools and materials are organized and accounted for.
• Support Lead Installer: Follow the lead installer's instructions to ensure proper installation of all products, including measuring, cutting, drilling, and securing materials.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and industry safety guidelines

Wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, gloves, and safety glasses.
• Site Preparation and Cleanup: Assist in preparing job sites for installation and cleaning up after completion. This includes removing debris and ensuring the site is left in a clean and safe condition.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards. Report any issues or defects to the lead installer.
• Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers if required, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn about new products, installation techniques, and safety practices
