Graveyard Security Officer โ€“ Commercial High-Rise / Luxury Condo Sites

We are hiring an experienced Graveyard Security Officer for a split-site position in Downtown Los Angeles. Two shifts are at a commercial high-rise property in Little Tokyo, and two shifts are at a mid-rise luxury condominium property.

This position requires a strong patrol presence, professionalism, and the ability to handle occasional interactions with transients and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Schedule:Sunday & Monday: 8:00 PM โ€“ 4:00 AMTuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM

Requirements:Minimum 2 years of graveyard security experienceStrong patrolling skills and attention to detailComfortable working overnight shiftsAble to interact professionally with tenants, residents, guests, and the publicAble to handle transient/homelessness-related situations calmly and professionallyReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyValid Guard Card required

Duties Include:Conducting regular foot patrols of the propertyMonitoring entrances, exits, common areas, and exterior areasReporting suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concernsWriting clear and accurate incident/daily activity reportsProviding a visible security presenceAssisting with access control and property rules enforcement as needed

Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone dependable, observant, and experienced with graveyard patrol. The right candidate should be confident working alone overnight and able to maintain a professional presence at both commercial and residential properties.
