Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, refrigeration, etc.)

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, including electrical and mechanical components

  • Accurately document service findings, recommendations, and labor/materials used

  • Replace parts such as motors, compressors, contactors, capacitors, and thermostats

  • Handle service calls professionally and maintain customer satisfaction

  • Work with team or solo to complete jobs on time and within scope

  • Executes precision brazing and installs coils and compressors on largeโ€scale HVAC equipment, supporting efficient system performance and longโ€term operational integrity.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
